Refund & Return Policy

1. Return Eligibility

• Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
• Products must be unused, in original packaging, and with all accessories.

2. Non-Returnable Items

• Used or damaged products (not due to our fault)
• Items without original packaging
• Certain consumables or special-order products

3. Refund Process

• Once the returned product is inspected, refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

4. Replacement Policy

• Defective or damaged items can be replaced within 7 days of delivery.
